Player care
Last updated: 4 November 2026 · Teen Patti Master is for adults 18+
Card games should stay a pastime — not a way to fix money problems, and not something that runs your day. Teen Patti Master supports real-money play. That means real losses are possible. This page is about staying in control, spotting trouble early, and knowing how to step away.
If you are already under pressure from play, skip to the help section below. You do not need to finish every paragraph first.
Healthy play usually looks like this:
If any of that stops being true, it is a signal to tighten limits or take a break — not to deposit more.
Answer honestly. The more “yes” answers, the more you should pause and use the tools in section 3 or contact support for account limits.
This list is a screening aid, not a medical diagnosis. If several points fit, talk to someone you trust and use professional resources listed later on this page.
Availability can vary by app version and region. Ask in-app support if a control is not visible on your build — we can often apply limits on the account side.
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly ceiling on how much you can add to the wallet. Choose an amount that would not disrupt essential expenses. Lowering a limit should take effect as soon as the system allows; raising a limit may include a waiting period so decisions are not made mid-session.
Take breaks on a timer. Close the app when the session you planned is over, even if the last hand was a loss. Playing while exhausted or angry usually costs more than it returns.
A short lock (for example 24–72 hours, or as offered in your account) blocks play or deposits for a set window. Use it when emotions are high after a bad run. Cooling-off is temporary by design.
Self-exclusion is a longer block — weeks, months, or permanent where we support it. During exclusion you should not open a new account to get around the restriction. Doing so can lead to closure of related accounts. We treat exclusion requests seriously; reversing them early is limited on purpose.
Where the product supports it, on-screen reminders of session length help you notice how long you have been at the table. Treat them as a stop sign, not background noise.
If you cannot find a limit control in the app, or you want a stronger restriction:
Support can help with account controls. Support cannot give therapy or financial counselling — for that, use the external organisations below.
Teen Patti Master is 18+ only. Under-age play is not allowed.
Parents and guardians who find this app on a child’s device should uninstall it and contact us with the registered number if known.
Independent organisations specialise in gambling-related harm. They are not part of Teen Patti Master; we list them because players sometimes need support beyond account tools.
If you are in crisis or feel unsafe, contact local emergency services or a crisis line in your country right away.
Real-money play is restricted or banned in some Indian states and other places. Staying on the right side of local law is part of responsible use. See our Disclaimer for more on regional limits. This page does not make illegal play safe or permitted.
We aim to offer clear information, age gates, and account-level controls when you ask for them. We will not encourage you to “play through” distress. Staff handling support tickets about self-exclusion or limits are instructed to treat those requests as priority care issues, not sales opportunities.
No tool replaces your own judgement. If the app is costing more than it gives back in enjoyment, the responsible move is to stop.
