Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 November 2026 · Applies to the Teen Patti Master app and this website

This Privacy Policy explains how Teen Patti Master (operated in connection with MJ Dev Studio for the Android application package com.jatanmer.flipy) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our mobile app or download portal.

By installing the app, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or submit personal data through it.

We wrote this in plain language on purpose. Card games that involve deposits, withdrawals, and identity checks need clear rules — not marketing fluff.

1. Who this covers

This policy covers:

  • The Teen Patti Master Android application
  • Official download and information pages linked from our portal
  • In-app support channels tied to your account

It does not control how independent payment apps (for example UPI apps on your phone) handle data after money leaves our flow. Those services have their own policies.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to run accounts, process payments, meet legal and compliance duties, and keep the service secure.

2.1 Account and contact details

  • Mobile number (and OTP verification records)
  • Optional name, email, or profile display name if you provide them
  • Account identifiers and login timestamps

2.2 KYC and identity verification

Where withdrawals, higher limits, or local rules require it, we may ask for identity information such as:

  • Full legal name as on government ID
  • Date of birth (to confirm you are 18 or older)
  • Government ID details or images (for example PAN, Aadhaar-related verification where permitted and requested)
  • Selfie or liveness checks if the verification vendor requires them

We use this to confirm identity, reduce fraud, and match payouts to the correct person. Submitting false documents can lead to account restriction.

2.3 Payment and wallet data

  • Deposit and withdrawal history (amounts, times, status)
  • UPI IDs, bank account numbers, or IFSC details you enter for payouts
  • Transaction references from payment partners

We do not ask for or store your UPI PIN, bank password, or full card CVV. Those stay with you and your payment provider.

2.4 Gameplay and device data

  • Game sessions, table activity, bonuses claimed, and referral events
  • Device type, OS version, app version, language settings
  • IP address, approximate network location, crash logs, and diagnostic data
  • Advertising or install identifiers where the platform allows them (used for security and basic analytics, not for selling your profile)

2.5 Support communications

If you contact support, we keep the messages, attachments, and account details needed to resolve the issue.

2.6 Cookies and similar technologies on the website

Our download site may use basic cookies or local storage for language preference, traffic measurement, and security. You can block cookies in your browser; some site features may then work less smoothly.

3. How we use your information

We use personal data to:

  • Create and maintain your account
  • Deliver gameplay, bonuses, and referral features
  • Process deposits and withdrawals
  • Complete KYC and anti-fraud checks
  • Detect abuse, multi-accounting, chargebacks, and security incidents
  • Respond to support requests
  • Meet legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations
  • Improve stability and performance of the app
  • Send service messages (OTP, security alerts, transaction notices). Marketing messages, if any, can be stopped through in-app settings or by contacting support where required by law

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on your location, we rely on one or more of the following:

  • Contract: providing the account, games, and payment features you request
  • Legitimate interests: securing the platform, preventing fraud, improving reliability
  • Legal obligation: record-keeping, responding to lawful requests, age-restricted services
  • Consent: where local law requires consent for a specific processing step (you can withdraw consent for optional processing without losing rights that the law preserves)

5. Sharing with third parties

We share data only when needed to operate the service or when the law requires it:

  • Payment processors and UPI / banking partners — to move money in and out of your wallet
  • KYC and fraud-prevention vendors — to verify identity and flag suspicious activity
  • Cloud hosting, analytics, and crash-reporting providers — to run servers and diagnose failures
  • Customer support tools — to handle tickets
  • Professional advisers — auditors, legal counsel, under confidentiality
  • Authorities — when we receive a valid legal demand or must report unlawful activity
  • Business transfers — if the app or related assets are reorganised, sold, or merged, data may move under continued confidentiality commitments

Partners are expected to use personal data only for the services they provide to us, not for their own unrelated marketing.

6. International transfers

Servers or vendors may be located outside your country. When we transfer personal data across borders, we take steps that are reasonable and available under applicable law (for example contractual safeguards with processors). By using the app you understand that your information may be processed in countries with different data-protection rules than your own.

7. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above:

  • Account and gameplay records while the account is active and for a limited period after closure
  • Payment and KYC records for the period required by financial crime, tax, or dispute rules (often several years)
  • Support tickets for a reasonable period after resolution
  • Security logs for shorter operational windows unless an investigation requires more

When data is no longer needed, we delete or irreversibly anonymise it where systems allow.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: encryption in transit where supported, access controls on production systems, and monitoring for abuse. No online service is perfectly secure. You can help by protecting your device, not sharing OTP codes, and logging out on shared phones.

If we become aware of a breach that affects your personal data and the law requires notice, we will inform you and regulators as required.

9. Your rights

Subject to local law, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion (subject to legal retention, fraud prevention, and open balances or disputes)
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent where processing was based on consent
  • Request a portable copy of data you provided, where applicable

Use in-app support or the contact details below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Some requests can be refused or limited where the law allows (for example ongoing investigations or mandatory records).

10. Children and age limits

Teen Patti Master is for users 18 years of age and older only. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we will take steps to close the account and remove data we are not required to keep.

11. Real-money play and regional limits

Skill-based or real-money card play is restricted or prohibited in some Indian states and other jurisdictions. You are responsible for checking local law before depositing funds. We may block access or payments where rules require it. This policy is about personal data; it is not legal advice on gambling regulation.

12. Third-party links

The app or site may link to external sites or stores. Their privacy practices are their own. Read their policies before sharing data with them.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this page when features, vendors, or laws change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Significant changes may also be flagged in the app or on the website. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy, except where local law requires a different standard.

14. Contact

Questions about privacy, KYC data, or access requests:

  • Email: contact.sellbazaar@gmail.com
  • In-app: Support / Help section inside Teen Patti Master

Please include your registered mobile number (and transaction ID if the question is about a payment) so we can find the right account.

15. Operator note

The Android application is published in connection with MJ Dev Studio (package com.jatanmer.flipy). This website is an official information and download portal for that product. If corporate details change, we will update this policy and related pages.
